Only the CAD/CAM technology enables individual PEEK structures with guaranteed material quality

PEEK can be obviously processed by injection molding techniques as it is a thermoplastic material. But this is a sensible procedure and the risk, due to the fact that PEEK is a semicrystelline material, that  the material properties are altered negatively exist.
Therefor the milling out of a disk is a more reliable method.
